At Grind, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee or equipment, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your morning ritual remains perfect.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Grind account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Ensure your items are in their original packaging; please note that for food safety, coffee bags must be unopened and seals must be intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
